Shipping policy

At Rise Above Merch, every order is custom made just for you — we don't mass produce. This means your order is crafted with care and intention, not pulled from a shelf.

Order Processing Time

Most Rise Above items are produced and shipped shortly after your order is placed. Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing before your items are shipped. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Production time ensures quality and attention to detail in every item we send out.

Shipping Times

Shipping speeds vary depending on the carrier and shipping option you choose at checkout. Estimated delivery dates will be shown during checkout based on your location.

Some products ship from different fulfillment locations. If your order contains multiple product types, they may arrive in separate packages and shipping charges may apply to each item.

The Rise Above OG Performance Hoodie is produced and shipped from a different facility than our other products. 

If your order includes an OG Performance Hoodie along with any other Rise Above products (such as hats, t-shirts, or hoodies), your order will arrive in two separate shipments. Each shipment will have its own tracking information.

This allows us to ensure the highest quality for each product while getting your items to you as efficiently as possible.
