Refund policy

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons including sizing, preference, consumer error, or change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective*, you may request a replacement under the following conditions:
-Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
-Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached
-Proof of defect or damage is required, to include clear photos of the item and packaging
If approved, we will provide a replacement of the same item. If the item is no longer available, we reserve the right to offer a store credit at our discretion.
*Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or misuse will not be eligible for replacement. We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet the above criteria or appear inconsistent with normal product quality standards.
Variations in color, fit, or minor inconsistencies are not considered defects.
All claims must be made by the original purchaser and may not be transferred.
